Hamptons VIP Polo Dinner: A Taste of Summer Sophistication
This summer, we had the pleasure of catering an unforgettable evening at the Hamptons Magazine VIP Polo Dinner, hosted at the beautiful Southampton Polo Club. The event seamlessly combined elegance, sport, and seasonal cuisine, made all the more iconic by the presence of polo legend Nacho Figueras.
The evening opened with an exhilarating polo match, followed by a sophisticated cocktail reception. Guests mingled as our team served a curated selection of signature canapés, including mini lobster rolls and other seasonal favorites, designed to complement the relaxed yet refined Hamptons ambiance.
As golden hour arrived, guests were seated beneath the open sky for a summery three-course dinner. The menu was a true celebration of the season.
