In partnership with Team Builders Plus, RHC offers a meaningful team-building upgrade for your holiday celebration — combining festive fun with community impact.
Make your holiday gathering a gift that keeps on giving.
Turn your holiday party into something more. Through interactive team challenges, guests will earn and assemble “SmileKits” — large, custom canvas totes filled with donation items and decorated with inspiring messages. Each SmileKit is gifted to a local charity partner, who joins the event to share their mission and accept your team’s heartfelt contribution.
Program Highlights:
Duration: 2–3 hours (typically 2–2.5 hours; can be shortened to 1.5 hours)
Group Size: 20–150 participants (teams of 5–6 people)
Includes:
Pre-event planning and facilitation by Team Builders Plus
-All program materials: canvas totes, team challenge supplies, decorations, and donation items
-Coordination with a local charity, including an optional guest speaker
-Full setup, facilitation, and post-event cleanup
