Here are a few of our favorites!

All Things Citrus

It’s no surprise that flavors like orange, lemon, lime, and grapefruit still dominate the citrus category for food and beverage flavors, but consumers are showing increased interest in global citrus varieties, particularly those from Asian countries such as Japanese yuzu, hassaku, sudachi and many others. These exotic variations of citrus offer a distinct complexity, zest and excitement, while still appealing to the familiarity of traditional North American citrus fruits.

Sustainable Weddings

As consumers are becoming increasingly more environmentally conscious and seeking ways to incorporate sustainable practices into wedding details we’re seeing lots more ‘thrifted’ decorations and crockery. To align, our chefs are choosing locally-sourced items to put on the menu, and couples are using recycled or upcycled wedding attire. Using locally sourced ingredients is something we prioritize here at Events by RHC and we are excited to see this become more popular.

Pantone’s Color of the Year

Pantone’s color of the year, Viva Magenta 18-1750, vibrates with vim and vigor. It descends from the red family and is expressive of a new signal of strength. Viva Magenta is brave and fearless and promotes a joyous and optimistic celebration. This is an eye-catching pop of color to add to any event!
